As a family, we had a delightful stay at Best Western! The hotel's welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. We were thrilled to find a handwritten postcard from the staff upon our arrival, a lovely personal touch. The well-equipped apartment was perfect for our family of three, and the complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities were a bonus for the adults.The central location allowed us to explore the vibrant town easily, with shops, restaurants, and landmarks just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The family-friendly amenities, such as the 24-hour 'atrium' coffee area, added a special touch to our stay.During our visit, we took time to enjoy a leisurely walk at the nearby Bürgerpark, soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The convenient proximity to Lilienthal Golf Club and Golf Club Syke provided us with a great outdoor activity option. Our experience at Best Western was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and inclusive stay in the area.
